Founder AI Setup
The first delivery configures one existing AI workspace around two or three recurring founder jobs, with retained business context and methods, representative tests, corrections, guidance and handover.

The first delivery connects one important area of the business so selected changes can come into view, difficult questions can be investigated and one approved workflow can continue between conversations.
Control and change
The handover states what the company owns or licenses, where it lives, who can maintain it, which outside providers remain and what changing a model, workspace, vendor or operator would involve.

Setup leaves the working environment, agreed business context and methods, tests, correction evidence and operating guide. Command also includes source connections, watches, continuing-work records, permissions, monitoring, recovery and operating handover.

Founder AI Setup US$12,000–18,000; Founder Command US$40,000–75,000 for the described first delivery. Compatible Setup work reduces the subsequent Command quote. Scope, asset rights and included support are agreed before work; model usage, hosting, paid tools and applicable taxes are separate unless included.
