Care & Support is optional continuing work for an accepted OrdoState production system. It can keep the named sources, software, methods, tests, dependencies and supported configurations working together after launch within the agreed scope.
A clear transition
The build includes a named period of real-user operation with launch support and its stated correction period. After that, the client can operate the system, hand it to another qualified operator or continue with OrdoState Care; Care is not required to retain agreed client-held assets.
Maintain, improve and upgrade
Work directly in the installed system to handle incidents, covered corrections, tests, dependency changes and agreed refinements.
Extend carefully
Minor additions can use approved capacity; a new source, job, major workflow, application, team or redesign receives a separate project scope.
