# ReBill-POS Demo TruthLayer

Status: fictional demo capsule. This is not an audited public truth layer for the real ReBill product.

Last updated: 2026-05-21

## What This Is

ReBill-POS Demo is a fictional restaurant POS system used to demonstrate OrdoState TruthLayer. It helps agents answer buyer questions about offer, pricing, fit, limits, and competitor comparison without relying on marketing copy.

## Offer

ReBill-POS Demo is a restaurant POS subscription for billing, staff operation, menu/product handling, basic reporting, and plan-fit guidance based on restaurant operating load.

Adjacent surfaces in the demo include QR/self-checkout, inventory, dashboard/account management, central reporting, printer/device support, and onboarding.

## Pricing

Annual POS subscription only. No setup fee in this demo.

| Plan | Price | Best fit |
|---|---:|---|
| Solo | $75/year | Small single-location restaurant, one tablet/register, one printer, low staff concurrency, low bill volume |
| Growth | $199/year | Busier single outlet, multiple tablets, kitchen/bar printer zones, several staff using POS, higher daily bill volume |
| Multi-Outlet | $400/year | Multiple outlets or high-volume restaurant needing central reporting, more device/printer zones, more staff roles, and heavier daily operations |

## Plan Recommendation Rules

Recommend from operating profile, not from feature interest alone.

Required inputs:

- Outlet count
- Device/tablet/register count
- Printer count and printer-zone count
- Staff using POS during busy shifts
- Average bills per day
- Need for QR/self-checkout
- Need for inventory
- Need for central reporting

If key inputs are missing, give a provisional recommendation and state what must be verified.

## Competitor Comparison Rules

Competitor comparison in this demo is heuristic, not live research.

Potential comparison set:

- Square
- Toast
- Lightspeed
- Local POS provider

Rules:

- Use ReBill-POS fit facts first.
- Do not invent current competitor pricing, contract terms, supported countries, integrations, or hardware requirements.
- If competitor facts are needed, mark them as requiring live research.
- Recommend a competitor or local provider when the buyer profile is a poor fit for ReBill-POS.

## Example Answers

For a cafe with 1 tablet, 1 printer, 3 staff, and 40 bills/day: recommend Solo at $75/year provisionally.

For a busy single outlet with 3 tablets, kitchen and bar printers, 12 staff, and 180 bills/day: recommend Growth at $199/year provisionally.

For 3 outlets: evaluate Multi-Outlet at $400/year, then compare against multi-location alternatives with live competitor research.

For a buyer who requires in-person installation, same-day hardware support, local fiscal compliance, or payment certification: a local POS provider may be safer unless ReBill-POS support coverage is verified.
